About AB Auto Repair

AB is Aaron Barnes, a skilled vehicle mechanic with over 10 years experience. Aaron started life working as a mechanic for SSP Engineering in Stockland, Devon. When the owner couln’t run the business anymore Aaron took over and began specialising in rear axles.

AB Axles

Specialising in the refurbishment and reconditioning of rear axles was an instant hit. Drivers of Peugoet and Citroen automobiles who wanted quality parts refurbished to a high standard were extremely happy with thier purchases. We hear that replacement parts from cheap Chinese importers are no where near the quality of the rear axles we sell. The Move from Axminster to Chard

AB Axles built up business on the Millway Rise Indistrial Estate in Axminster. In 2017 we found premises in Chard on the A358 which was an ideal and convenient spot for passing trade.
